Provide a conclusion to the paper
The Chamberlain Care® Model asserts that self-care is required in order for the nurse to be able to care for others. Caring for self can have a positive influence on others as an authentic sense of care is instilled in those with whom we interact across the context of professional and personal life. The MSN-prepared nurse leader will have an opportunity to allow self-care to enhance his or her engagement with many other individuals and groups, including patients, families, coworkers, students, team members, and community members.
