Q‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍.Critically evaluate the reward strategy and practice at the case study organization, ‘Minchington Pawbrook’, making recommendations for change. Your answer should: 1.Provide an overall assessment of the approach to reward, which addresses (at the level of a strategic overview) areas of the reward syllabus that you determine as being relevant (around 800 words) 2.Provide a detailed analysis of one particular area – for example, setting base pay/pay structures or the approac‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍h to incentives (around 1500 words). You should demonstrate: •an ability to identify and interpret a range of reward issues present in the case organization •critical evaluation of those issues using concepts, frameworks and debates in the relevant academic literature •an ability to make appropriate and well-grounded recommendations for change, at a strategic (Part 1 and 2) and operational level (Part 2).
